Do you have a rental day minimum?Typically, we have a 3-day minimum. However, we may be able to accommodate you depending on your needs.

How do I charge the scooter?You simply plug the charger into the battery and plug the other end into a standard outlet. It is recommended to charge the battery overnight.

Where can I ride the scooter?You can ride the scooter pretty much anywhere but it is not intended to be ridden up or down very steep hills or over rough terrain such as big bumps, grassy fields, rocks, sand, etc.

How do I rent a scooter?It's easy! Just call us, e-mail us or submit the contact us form. We'll just confirm the rental details, take care of some quick paperwork and get you set up.

How do I transport the scooter?The scooters disassemble into 5 parts that can be transported in a vehicle. Here's a video that shows you how.

How long does the battery last?The batteries typically last a full day but it depends on how much you use it, the weight of the rider, if you're riding up hills or over rough terrain.

Do you deliver and pick up the scooter?Yes, we will deliver the scooter to you and pick it up when you're done. If you're at a hotel, we will typically leave it with front desk for you. You can also leave it with them when you're done.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
